Product Summary

The film mount of the wafer becomes an important factor in achieving the dicing of high accuracy.
This wafer film mounting device does a perfect mount without the thing to put the bubble between the wafer and the film by an original structure to do the mount with the tension always multiplied by the film.
High "Yeild" is achieved by using a built-in roller that doesn't need "Skill" of a special stage and the operator who considered the damage of the surface of the wafer enough.
It equips it fully with various options that can correspond to a special specification.
